Build a strong social support network that you can rely on in times to come
Pregnancy is a time of transition and change. Use this time before your wife gets pregnant to articulate and address any fears you have, build your support, and establish a stable lifestyle for you and your family. Sebagai ketua keluarga, anda digalakkan mengukuhkan kekuatan mental dan jasmani sendiri, dan juga tahap kewangan supaya anda berdua tidak dibelenggu masalah-masalah yang boleh dielakkan.
